Why Didn’t I Get My Cashback?

Explains common reasons why cashback may not appear including minimum loss requirements, excluded games, claim period expiration, and how to check your Rewards section.

How to check if cashback is available

First, check the Rewards section on your homepage to see if your cashback is available to claim.

If you don't see cashback available, it may be due to one of the reasons below.

Common reasons for no cashback

1. No net losses from the previous day

Cashback is calculated based on your net losses from the previous day.

  • If you didn't play the previous day, no cashback will be generated

  • If you had net winnings (won more than you lost), no cashback will be generated

  • Only net losses qualify for cashback

2. Net losses below minimum requirement

To receive cashback, your net losses must meet the minimum threshold.

  • Minimum cashback: €2

  • Required net losses: At least €20 in net losses

Example: If your net losses were €15, you won't receive cashback because it's below the €20 minimum.

3. RNG Table Games excluded

RNG Table Games do not count toward cashback calculation.

If you only played RNG Table Games, you won't receive cashback even if you had losses.

4. Claim period expired

Cashback is available to claim for 24 hours after the cashback period ends.

If you didn't claim your cashback within this 24-hour window, it has expired and is no longer available.
