How to check your cashback calculation
First, check the Rewards section on your homepage to see the cashback amount available to claim for the previous cashback period.
Daily cashback is calculated for each 24-hour period between 01:00 – 00:59, and can be claimed during the following 24 hours.
If your cashback seems lower than expected, it may be due to one of the reasons below.
Common reasons for a smaller cashback amount
1. Cashback is based on net losses only
Cashback is calculated based on your net losses, not your total wagers.
How this works:
Net losses = total bets minus total winnings
Winnings reduce your cashback calculation
If you won part of your losses back, cashback will be lower
Example:
If you wagered €100 but won back €60, your net losses are €40 — cashback is calculated from €40, not €100.
2. Excluded games reduce the cashback amount
RNG Table Games are excluded from the cashback calculation.
Important notes:
Losses from RNG Table Games do not count as net losses
If part of your play was on excluded games, those losses are not included
This can significantly reduce the final cashback amount
If most of your losses came from excluded games, your cashback may be lower than expected.
3. Minimum cashback requirement applies
There is a minimum cashback amount of €2.
How this affects cashback:
To receive at least €2 cashback, you must have at least €20 in net losses
If your net losses are close to the minimum, cashback will be small
Net losses below €20 do not generate cashback
Example:
If your net losses were €22 and your cashback rate is 10%, your cashback will be €2.20.

Cashback percentages can vary depending on your player level.

If your level changed, the percentage may differ from previous days

Claimed cashback has a 10x wagering requirement

Maximum bet while wagering cashback funds is €5 per spin
If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the cashback funds will be forfeited.
