Cashback Policy for Bonus Requests

When a player contacts customer support to request a goodwill bonus (such as free spins, bonus money, or a deposit bonus), please note that our cashback brands do not offer additional individual bonuses on top of the daily cashback promotion.

Instead of extra bonuses, these brands provide a daily Cashback promotion, which automatically rewards players based on their net losses.

Daily Cashback – How It Works

  • Cashback is calculated daily in 24-hour periods from 01:00 to 00:59

  • Cashback is based on net losses, excluding RNG Table Games

  • The minimum cashback amount is €2, which requires at least €20 in net losses

  • The minimum guaranteed cashback percentage is 10%, but this may vary depending on your player level

  • Cashback must be claimed within 24 hours after the cashback period ends

  • Cashback bonuses have a 10x wagering requirement

  • The maximum bet while wagering cashback funds is €5 per spin

  • Wagering must be completed within 7 days of claiming the cashback

  • If wagering is not completed in time, the bonus funds will be forfeited

All cashback offers are subject to the casino’s general bonus terms and conditions. The casino reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on the campaign page.
