When a player contacts customer support to request a goodwill bonus (such as free spins, bonus money, or a deposit bonus), please note that our cashback brands do not offer additional individual bonuses on top of the daily cashback promotion.
Instead of extra bonuses, these brands provide a daily Cashback promotion, which automatically rewards players based on their net losses.
Daily Cashback – How It Works
Cashback is calculated daily in 24-hour periods from 01:00 to 00:59
Cashback is based on net losses, excluding RNG Table Games
The minimum cashback amount is €2, which requires at least €20 in net losses
The minimum guaranteed cashback percentage is 10%, but this may vary depending on your player level
Cashback must be claimed within 24 hours after the cashback period ends
Cashback bonuses have a 10x wagering requirement
The maximum bet while wagering cashback funds is €5 per spin
Wagering must be completed within 7 days of claiming the cashback
If wagering is not completed in time, the bonus funds will be forfeited
Cashback is claimed from the Rewards section on the Home page.
