Step 1: Wait 5 banking days
Withdrawals can take up to 5 banking days to reach your bank account after approval.
Step 2: Contact support if funds still haven't arrived
If 5 banking days have passed and the funds are still missing, contact customer support.
Required: Provide a bank statement showing the account the withdrawal was sent to and transaction history covering the withdrawal dates. This helps our team investigate quickly.
