How to cancel a pending withdrawal
Go to your Wallet in your account
View your pending withdrawals list
Click on the pending withdrawal you want to cancel
Confirm the cancellation
The funds will be returned to your account balance immediately.
If the withdrawal has already been processed
Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed, it cannot be cancelled. The funds are already in transit to your bank account.
