Why withdrawals are returned
Your withdrawal was returned to your account balance because the payment could not be processed.
The most common reason is incomplete wagering requirements.
If you have deposited funds into your account and have not wagered the deposit amount at least once (1x) before making a withdrawal request, we reserve the right to return the funds to your account balance until the wagering requirement has been met.
What happens when a withdrawal is returned
When your withdrawal cannot be processed:
The funds are returned to your account balance immediately
You receive an email notification explaining the reason for the return
You can address the issue and resubmit your withdrawal request
Important: Always check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder, if a withdrawal is returned. The email will explain what you need to do to successfully withdraw.
