How to view your game history in your account
You can check your latest activity by following these steps:
Open the menu on the right-hand side of the screen
Click on the profile icon
You will see the following sections: Verification, Bonuses, Events, Personal details, and Settings
Select Events to view your activity
In the Events section, you can see your bets, payments, and gaming sessions from the last 7 days.
Viewing game history for a longer period
If you need game history older than 7 days, please contact customer support via email. They can provide extended information upon request.
Requesting game history as a file (data request)
If you need your game history as a file for a third party or official purposes, please send us an email data request and your email must include the following information:
What data the request concerns
Reason why you need data request
The time period for which the data is requested
Images of the front and back of your identification document for identity verification
Once we receive all the required details, we can process your request.
